Harbinger AG will only use the information that collects about you lawfully. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your requests and secondly to provide you with the best service possible. We will only email you in the future if you have previously given us your consent.
The type of information we will collect about you when you contact us includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We endeavour to ensure that the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at harbinger@harbinger.ch. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely for a period of max 36 months to allow Harbonger AG to keep the user/visitor updated on the new initiatives. We will never share or sell your information to a third party. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site (see the section on ‘Cookies’).

When you contact us we need to know your name, email address. This allows us to answer you in the best way. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently.
